Stimulate your nipple so it perks up.
Use Ruler or a Measuring App
Place the bottom of the nipple to rest perpendicular to the measuring device.
Measure Nipple
Link up with the outer edge of your nipple, where it meets the areola.
Determine Your Size
Willow recommends you select a flange that is 2-4mm larger than your nipple measurement.

Is the Milk Container spill-proof like the Milk Bags?
You’ll have great mobility when pumping with Milk Container - take a call, take a walk, relax on couch or eat dinner with your family. But if you need to pump in any position (think: lying down, downward dog, etc.), choose our spill-proof Milk Bags. The air vent, which is at the top of Milk Container, is open while you pump.
How do I clean the reusable Container?
Milk Container and Container Insert are all dishwasher safe. You can also use the specially designed brushes included in your Pump Kit with soap and warm water.
