Vtg Blue Sears Featherlite Luggage Suitcase Makeup Train Case Carry-on W/ Key

This blue Sears Featherlight train case measures approximately 14”x9”x9”. Condition is pre-owned.
The train case comes with its unique original Featherlite key. The lock is in great working condition and the key locks it as it should! The suitcase itself is in fairly nice condition considering it’s age. The exterior and interior have been lightly cleaned with s citrus cleaner, but could probably use a more thorough cleaning as there are still some light staining in places. There remains a mild citrusy smell to the piece.
As can be seen in the photos, some of the stitching around the case is frayed.The tapered handle is in nice condition but the rings attaching it to the case are rusted. The hinge plates on the back of the piece are also rusted. I did not try to clean the rusted areas.
On the inside of the case, there are 2 elastic straps under the lid, they still have good strength and elasticity. Also, it appears there may have been a detachable pouch which is missing. Please look closely at the photos as they are an important part of the description. Feel free to ask any questions!
