    Description

VRTEK Virtual Reality Headset WVR2 2560x1440 Resolution-100 FoV (No Controller). Condition is "Used".
No controller included. Originally they supplied a gamepad controller, but any gamepad controller, XBOX style or Playstation style for example can work as long as STEAM will recognize it.
Fully working. This headset has decent lenses. Very clear, arguably better than Oculus lenses since they don't have the concentric circles in them like the Oculus style does. However, they do have a small sweet spot and so you might find yourself adjusting it a bit more. Admittedly this is not a very comfortable headset and the cord is very short. You might need an extension of both HDMI and USB since the cord is only around 6 feet in length, however, this is primarily meant as a seated headset since it lacks 6DoF.
It is 3DoF. Technically, this could be combined with 3rd party motion controllers to have a full 6DoF setup so long as those controllers use base stations.
Only 60 Hertz! Not capable of 90 as far as I am aware. The software included isn't the best and it took some getting used to setting it up and figuring out how to work it. There are YouTube videos and reviews to help with this. But eventually I figured it out.
    Minimum requirements to use =
    OS: Windows 7
    CPU: Intel I5 or higher
    Memory: 8GB ram
Video Card: GTX 980 or higher
    Steam and Steam VR
This headset is the cheapest method of entry into a real VR experience. This is better than the cheap headsets you put your phone into. It requires a gaming PC.
Popular games I have played in VR on this headset include,
    Minecraft/Vivecraft,
    Subnautica,
    Elite Dangerous,
The Elder Scrolls Skyrim VR and more.
I have since upgraded to other VR headsets and have no more use for this. Would be best for a tinkerer who maybe wants to build their own headset with parts from this device.
Came from a home with a cat for those who have allergies.
