    Condition is "preowned".  This drill looks a little rough but don't let its exterior fool you, its ready to be put to work!  Both forward and reverse work and it goes strong.  It is missing the key and the cord sheathing was torn near the drill end and is covered with electrical tape.  If you are looking for a vintage - made in the USA tool, this is it.
