This is a pre-owned item that has scuffs and other signs of use.
There are some cracks in the vinyl outer as shown and a small stain on the interior lining, but it still in very good condition to be used for the purpose for which it was manufactured.
It is clean, very sturdy and comes with the original key. See images for the item's cosmetic condition.
