    This is the Respironics Comfort Fusion Nasal Cushion with frame. This the same frame as the Comfort Gel Blue Nasal mask except the cushion is not a Gel with flap type cushion. The Small frame will fit a Small or Medium Cushion., The Large Frame only fits the Large Cushion.
