Cosmetic condition: The items are in good condition and have some plastic still on them. The contents have no major signs of previous wear other than some light scratches and scuffs. The backside of the headpiece does have minor wear on the black pad which is shown in the photos. Functionality: It's been tested and works great! The only thing missing from the box is the HDMI cable and the stereo headphones. The charging cord is also 3rd party and not the original one included in the box.
