Microsoft Hololens 2 - Includes All Accessories - Excellent Condition.
Used briefly and lightly for a project and no longer needed.
This is the latest version of Microsoft’s HoloLens. Optics are in perfect shape and it’s been a blast to work with. Everything has been tested and works as expected for a device of this caliber. I've worked with the HoloLens platform since before it was released while contracting at Microsoft and then later at Oculus Research. This latest version is absolutely cutting edge tech and easy to develop for in Unity (or Unreal, though I haven't tried it).
I will happily respond to questions and even jump on a Zoom call for a demo if you have any questions or concerns. I am not a big box seller but an individual developer/nerd like you and I know buying big ticket items on eBay can be unnerving, so I'm happy to do what I can. :-)
An important note:
This is a development/enterprise device and not a consumer-grade device. If you have not worked with the HoloLens platform before, please set your expectations accordingly. Although it's exceptionally polished, Microsoft's software still has quirks (see known issues on their HoloLens support site). Like all cutting edge development kits, a little patience and contacting Microsoft Support can go a long way. I never ran into blocking issues in my own work, but having sold development kits to non-developers in the past, I want to make sure expectations are set. Microsoft actively updates the OS and apps so issues are often resolved quickly. Their support team is phenomenal with their HoloLens customers.
