There is a decent amount of small scratches, scuffs, and wear, and there is some light scratching of the plastic over the display. There is a bit of dirt/staining, and there's an ID number written on the housing in yellow marker. Comes with a hardshell case, which includes some paperwork and an "Information CD," which I'm assuming or hoping includes the manual. There is a calibration certificate from Megger as well, but it's from June of 2014. No sticker is present on the meter. Does not include leads.
