The Quick Setup instructions are not included, but Sony provides this information online which can be found with a quick search of the model number (CUH-ZVR2). Multi-language instructions for PS VR usage ARE included.
While the bundle is originally designed with the PlayStation 4 in mind, this bundle ALSO includes an adaptor so the camera can be used on the PlayStation 5 (the HD Camera for PS5 will not work with this VR headset, so the PS4 camera included in this bundle must be used along with the adaptor to work on PS5).
These items have been tested and found to be in good working order! Cosmetically all items are in great condition with only some minor signs of handling/storage wear. The outer box and internal packaging materials show minor-to-moderate wear from handling & storage. Please see our pictures for more details.

If you are in a country that is eligible for the Global Shipping Program, then the international shipping rates are calculated at a discounted rate. If you are in an eligible country then, per our agreement with eBay, we must ship using the Global Shipping Program.
If you are in a country that is not eligible for the Global Shipping Program, then the international shipping rates are calculated based on package weight & destination.
