All products stored in Totes or cardboard boxes on heavy duty shelving in a smoke free, pet free home.
Clothing & washable jackets are laundered in unscented hypoallergenic detergent.  Shoes & boots are cleaned and polished when needed.
Products have been triple checked for defects & fully tested where applicable.

SHIPPING
Items are generally shipped within 24 hours Monday – Friday.  Economy and priority shipping are offered on alot of our items.  Shoes that don't fit in a priority mail padded flat rate envelope will be shipped in a medium flat rate box or a Poly mailer.  We are enrolled in eBay’s Global Shipping Program and will only ship to countries in that program.  I try to keep shipping costs to a minimum.  All items are weighed when listed.  Items are safely and securely packed using recycled boxes and packing materials.  One half inch bubblewrap is used for any fragile or breakable items.
E-CHECKS – For customers using E-checks through Paypal, we will ship 1 business day after payment clears through eBay.  This process usually takes 7 to 10 calendar days, not business days.

, USPS Parcel Select will take a minimum of 3 weeks for delivery.  We cannot guarantee delivery time.  We suggest you choose Priority Mail if quicker delivery time is important to you.
