The PVC used in BCW Toploads contains no plasticizers or stearates. BCW's high impact grade PVC does not migrate and will not harm your cards, photos, prints, or paper while offering maximum protection and visual appeal.
Note :
In order to get these to fit inside the USPS priority mail flat rate box, we must take the packs out of the factory case for shipping.  So you will be getting 20 new, unopened packs of 25 toploads per pack (total 500 holders), but these will not come in the factory case if we must ship via priority mail.
IMPORTANT NOTE :
These holders will only fit SMALL postcards up to 3.5 x 5.
Please read inside dimensions carefully before purchasing. These do NOT fit standard or larger size postcards. We've had a few customers purchase these without reading the dimensions and get upset because their standard postcards do not fit in them. Again, PLEASE read the dimensions before purchasing. Thank you.

Terms of Business
We have these on hand and ready to ship.
At our discretion, we may use UPS Ground or UPS 2-day air or 3-day select in lieu of USPS Priority or First Class Mail.
We do this in situations where the estimated transit time for UPS is the same as USPS or better or at times when the mail is moving unusually slowly.
1)  We can ship this package anywhere USPS delivers (i.e. contiguous 48 states, AK, HI, and US territories).
International shipping is available via the eBay global shipping program (i.e. we ship to Kentucky, eBay ships to you).
International rates are quoted on the item page.  We do not set those rates - eBay does.
2) Payments Accepted:
All eBay payments are processed through eBay managed payments.
Whatever eBay accepts, we accept.
We will only ship to the confirmed address on the checkout page.
Please do not request shipment elsewhere.
We won't do it.  If you make a mistake with the address, please request a cancellation.
If we see your cancellation request before the order ships out, we'll gladly cancel the order so you can re-order with the correct address.
3) eBay now collects and remits sales tax in all states that require it.
This is additional where applicable and beyond our control.
