This is a used digital earth tester that is in good condition with some scuffs and scratches from normal use and storage. We have tested this unit to power up only as we do not have the means or knowledge to properly test this unit. We are however very confident that this is a solid working unit and will function properly once it is calibrated.
We unfortunately do not have any manuals or accessories for this unit. We are offering free shipping to the contiguous 48 states.
