Resistors were on tape but the tape has dried out
and the resistors are falling off. You may receive
either loose parts or those still on tape. Some tape
residue may be on the end of the leads, but it
comes off easily with alcohol if you need the full
lead length.
They are New and have never
been installed or soldered.
They are good resistors.!
