This sale is for a liquid embroidery hoop lot as listed and pictured.
I obtain my items from estate sales, people who are destashing and other sources.
I describe the condition as best as I can.
Review the pictures carefully.  What you see is what you get.
These fit tightly on the hoops, but as you can see there are issues with staining, a little rust and a dent.
