Return Policy:
We strive for 100% satisfaction and will accept returns within 30 days of your original purchase. This only applies to items that have not be opened, used or changed in any way from the original condition it was mailed out to you. If the item is defective please specify what was done and how you determined it was defective. Sometimes there may be an error that can be fixed via email,  so please explain the situation and sometimes we can help. Here at Worxster-RC we understand that some electronic devices just fail and there is nothing we can do about that. Please make sure to test your electronics as soon as you receive them, before cutting wires, changing configurations, or mounting the device. We reserve the right to not accept items for return that have been modified from the original condition or pictured condition from the original sale.
Shipping Policy:
We ship out all packages the very next day by the close of business. We use USPS first class and priority mail. Sometimes if the package is thin and light we use USPS first class letter to save on costs (tracking not available ). First class and priority mail are exactly the same,  so the delivery time should be 2-5 days depending on your location and factors affecting the USPS. Tracking is not guaranteed by the USPS, it is included most of the time, but tracking does not always appear on the website until the package is delivered. As frustrating as that is, we stand by our shipments, so if your package does not deliver in 14 business days we will refund you in full.
